Six rooms are on the second story level, have kitchenettes, and display beautiful views of Mingus Mountain and Town Park right across the street. Two rooms are on the first level and are right outside from the lobby front door. These rooms have an outside private bench that faces the town park right across the street.

Park Hotel is located in the heart of wine country and also sits above Smelter Town Brewery, which operates on the first floor of the same building. Other nearby attractions within walking distance include the Verde Canyon Railroad and the Arizona Copper Art Museum. Sedona and Jerome are only a short 20-minute drive away.

Self-Check In
Our self-check in style makes checking in easy. Six of our rooms are on the second level above Smelter Town Brewery, which operates on the first floor of the same building. The brewery is closed on Tuesdays, and there is no elevator. Rooms 8 and 9 are on the lower level right outside the hotel facing the park.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm and you don't need to check in with anyone, just head to your room. No late check-ins after 9:00 pm unless prior arrangements have been made.
Make sure to check your email and text confirmation messages upon the day of your arrival for your door code information. Free street parking is available on a first come first serve basis.
