Hotel Policies
The following contains the Policies and Procedures of Park Hotel, LLC (“the Hotel”). Violations of these Policies and Procedures may result in your removal from the premises. By reserving a room at the Hotel, you agreed to adhere to these conditions.
Cancellation Policy
All Park Hotel rooms require a minimum of 48-hours’ notice for cancellations. Any cancellations within the 48-hour timeframe will be subject to penalties of up to one night’s stay. If no cancellation request is made, guests agree to accept any and all charges billed to the credit card on file.
Payment Methods
At the time of booking, the entire amount of reservation will be collected by a valid credit card. There is a 48 hour cancellation for a full refund.
Pet Policies
Pets are not allowed in the rooms or in the common areas of Park Hotel.
Guests found with a pet within Park Hotel will be charged a cleaning fee of $100 per day.
General Policy
Park Hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
Park Hotel has a zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse accommodation in the hotel and may remove a person for expedited eviction with no refund of any kind if 1) while on the premises of the Hotel a guest acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, 2) destroys or threatens to destroy Hotel property, 3) causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance, or 4) refuses to or is unable to pay for the accommodation. Park Hotel may limit the number of persons who may occupy any particular guest room in the Hotel and will only allow registered guests to use its facilities. A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the hotel, or any furniture or furnishings within the hotel, shall be liable for damages sustained, including the hotel’s loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.
No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county/town officials due to any potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature.
Check In & Out
Check-in time is between 4:00 pm and 9:00 pm. No late check-ins.At 9:00 pm the front door to the Hotel lobby will be locked and you will need a code to enter. Please call if you would like an earlier check-in, and we will see if your room is available and if we can accommodate your request.
All rooms are self-check-in. Prior to your stay, you will receive a security code to unlock the Hotel entrance and to access your room.
No more than 2 guests per room, unless approved by the hotel. Guests must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to book a room at Park Hotel. Management reserves the right to verify using a picture ID upon your arrival.
Housekeeping services will be required every third day of stay.
Check-out time is at 11:00 am. If you require a late check-out, please contact Hotel management before 11:00 am on the day of departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A late check-out cannot be guaranteed, and a finance charge may be applied.
Any delay to check-out may result in an extra night being added to the final bill.
All departures prior to date agreed at time of check-in will be subject to one night’s room charge.
Indemnity Clause
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Park Hotel and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, advertisers, licensors, suppliers or partners, (collectively "Park Hotel and Partners") from and against any third-party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of Park Hotel or its accommodations, violation of the Policies or any other actions connected with the use of Park Hotel or its accommodations, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature.
Parking
Parking is on a first-come basis anywhere on public streets surrounding the hotel. Please note, there is a 2-hour maximum limit in front of the nearby storage units to the south of Park Hotel. You are responsible for any fees or citations as a result of violation of this notice. Park Hotel is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen vehicles or articles within a vehicle at any time.
Smoking/Vaping Policies
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all rooms and public areas of Park Hotel. Smoking is only allowed outside the building, 20 feet away from any entrance.
Guests found smoking inside Park Hotel will be charged a cleaning fee of $300 per day.
Telephone
There are no telephones in the guest rooms of Park Hotel. There are emergency telephones placed in the lobby and hallway of second floor for local calls only.
Fire Safety
Park Hotel is fully equipped with smoke detectors, fire suppression systems and emergency evacuation plans posted in all rooms and public areas. Be sure to familiarize yourself with these plans upon arrival.
